We are ready to welcome you to our Oceanfront Executive King Suite located at the handsome Beach Colony Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our executive king suite can sleep up to four guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

• Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
• If your group is bringing pets, search for a property that allows animals. Get information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.

Some things to know before you go:

• Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
• Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute arises.
• Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!

• Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
• At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
