As of January 2025, this condo has been completely transformed with handsome updates! The entire space has been newly painted in warm, inviting colors, and brand-new LVP floor has been installed throughout. Caravelle 1512 has undergone a complete makeover, and we're beyond excited to share these extravagant upgrades with you!

Step inside and be welcomed by the entirely equipped kitchen, featuring brand-new appliances. Here, you'll find everything you need: a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and sink. The sleek granite countertop offers plenty of space to prepare meals or snacks, and the charming new tiled backsplash ensures simple cleanup. With ample cabinet storage above and below, cooking in this kitchen is a breeze! We also provide modest appliances like a toaster and coffee maker for your convenience. Totally outfitted with cookware, dinnerware, silverware, and pots and pans, you'll feel right at home. Prefer to dine out? Myrtle Beach is home to a wide variety of amazing dining options, many within walking distance or a short drive away. Plus, you can comfortably order in with food delivery services like Uber Eats or DoorDash.

Directly across from the kitchen is the beautiful bathroom, featuring a vanity sink with an broad countertop that's ideal for getting ready or unwinding after a long day. It's also equipped with a shower/tub combo, mirror, and toilet.
