The Space:

Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is set apart from the busy core of the strip — north end, smaller footprint, Art Deco-inspired, with the sand directly behind the building and complimentary parking at the door. This family-owned condo sits twelve floors up with the ocean directly out front. The owners have furnished this space with adore — a privately owned suite, not a hotel room.



The bedroom claims the ocean side. A King centers it, a modern electric fireplace warms the wall just past the bed, and floor-to-ceiling glass opens onto the private balcony — first-light vistas, ocean out the window. The kitchen tucks just behind the bedroom — full-size stainless appliances, a honed quartz counter, a white hex-tile backsplash, cabinets supplied with cookware, dishes, glassware, and flatware, and a Keurig already loaded for the early riser. The bath sits alongside — tub-shower combo, hotel-quality towel program. The living room takes the quieter, street-facing end of the suite — a sectional pulled around the textured feature wall, ambient LED lighting that throws a peaceful wash after sundown, and a queen sleeper couch for the extras. Both bedroom and living room run a 50-inch Intelligent TV on your own streaming logins. Linens and towels are luxury-hotel-spec — matched on weight, count, and quality control. The north end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk runs ten mins. south on foot. Free parking sits directly in front of the building, with a covered garage across the street.

The entire suite is yours — one bedroom, one bath, a private oceanfront balcony, full kitchen, and a living room with a queen sleeper couch. Use of the resort water features: outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, and the indoor heated pool. Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries.

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries.

WHAT'S PROVIDED

Your door code arrives on check-in day, and everything is waiting inside — Casanita K-cups and Café Bustelo, specialty tea, oatmeal, breakfast bars, and popcorn, along with hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion) and the same plush, luxury-hotel-spec linens and towels we'd want for ourselves. Four bath towels in the bathroom; stays of four nights or longer get a complimentary refresh. Pool towels are supplied in-suite April 1 through September 30, and available by request the rest of the year. High-speed WiFi throughout the suite. One parking pass. WHAT'S NOT PROVIDED

A few things we don't stock so you can plan ahead: cooking oils and spices — bring or pick them up at the grocery on the way in; beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys — chair units are available right on the sand; daily housekeeping — your suite is entirely cleaned and inspected before arrival, with a mid-stay refresh available on request for a modest fee; personal toiletries — bring your toothpaste, razors, sunscreen, and the rest of your usual kit; and TV streaming logins — sign in with your own accounts.



PEST CONTROL

Routine, preventive pest control by Beach Pest Control runs the first Tuesday of scheduled months — floors 1–5 in February, April, June, August, and October; floors 6–14 in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Standard building maintenance, scheduled in advance.



GOOD TO KNOW

The keypad responds best when you enter your door code slowly — pause a beat after the last digit, and the door will unlock. Four wrong attempts in a row freezes the pad for a few mins., so it's worth taking it deliberate the first try. The building's main entry code rotates monthly and arrives with your suite door code on check-in day; if your stay crosses the first of a month, we'll send the new code automatically.



NEIGHBORHOOD NOTICE

A site just south of Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower has begun construction activity. We don't control off-site work, and timing can change, but you may hear intermittent noise during normal daytime hours during your stay. We're sharing this for transparency and to help minimize any inconvenience.



LAUNDRY

No on-site laundry — coin laundromats sit a short drive off-property and take debit/credit cards.



Friendly reminder: smoke-complimentary homes, the booking guest must be 21 or older, and Boardwalk's pool bands are waiting in the suite when you arrive. The monthly Boardwalk access code arrives the day of check-in with your door code.
