Looking for your dream vacation? Look no further. This is a impressive freshly refreshed Beach House 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with a 12x24 Lanai over looking Twin Lakes Canal. This home is located in Oceanside Village Golf Cart Community on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Take a short golf cart ride to the private beach with bathrooms, showers, and access to a restaurant/outdoor bar. May 18 - Sept 7 Saturday to Saturday Rental only

Master bedroom: 1 king bed, dresser, Roku TV, full bath w/ walk in shower and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: 2 full beds, dresser.
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, dresser, Roku TV, bay window with vistas of twin lake.
Lanai (12x24) : over looking Twin lakes and the best vistas of Carolina's wild life. with Roku TV
Outdoor patio: gas grille, gas Firepit surrounded with bistro lights for the ideal ambience .
Covered carport with attached shed, beach chairs and sand toys.
Guest access
Guests have full access to our entire home. Private beach access with parking, all amenities including 2 outdoor pools, Kids Splash Pad, Outdoor Hot Tub, Indoor Heated Pool, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Basket Ball Court, Volley Ball, Baseball Field, Community Center and kids newly installed Play Ground. Don't forget your fishing poles as all of our lakes are outfitted with plenty of catch and release fish. Exercise gym is available for an additional community fee paid at the Front Office.

Other things to note
Please bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and beach towels. Bed linen and bath towels supplied.
For weekly units:
Starter kit will be supplied. (One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, modest dish soap, modest hand soap, shampoo and conditioner .
SMOKING Outdoor Only Policy. Evidence of smoking within the home and Lanai will forfeit security deposit. There is plenty of outdoor cover at the carport.
