RESTRICTIONS:

Security cameras are actively monitored in the hallways and other areas of the building. Any violations of guest or pet restrictions will be documented and may result in penalties or immediate cancellation of your stay.

*Extra guests: $500 fee per nighttime per non-authorized guest above the maximun number allowed.
* No pets. $500 fee if pet or pet remnants are found in unit or in building. It is the HOA rule that guests’ pets are not allowed in building or outdoor surroundings.
* Non-smoking unit. $200 cleaning fee if smoke is detected.
* No sand in unit. Some sand is inevitable, but if a lot of sand is detected, guest will be charged an additional $ 100 for the additional cleaning.
* No loud noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called.
