Occupancy and use of the home

The max. occupancy is 6 guests. Do not exceed this limit.

Only the guests supplied in the reservation may stay overnight. Please get written approval before inviting additional visitors.

The home may not be sublet or used for illegal or commercial activity.

Parties and noise

Parties, events, and huge gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Smoking and family pets

Smoking is not allowed inside the townhouse. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

No pets are allowed.

Care of the home

Please report damage or other issues as soon as possible.

Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

After using the kitchen, please wash dishes, silverware, and cookware and return them to their proper places.

Access and safety

Please allow the owner or an authorized representative reasonable access to the home with advance notice when practical. In an emergency or urgent situation, access may be needed without advance notice.

Lock the doors and windows when leaving. Please do not engage the bottom lock.

Keep valuables secure and do not leave them unattended.

Serious or repeated rule violations may be reported to the booking platform and handled under the reservation terms and applicable platform procedures.
