Guests will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s a electronic front door key pad, so there’s no keys to keep up with!

We want you to have the best stay possible! Please read the following information in detail to avoid any hiccups.

Failure to conform to the following parking rules may result in the host asking you to leave without a refund and your cars may be towed. No one wants that! Please comply with the following rules:

1) There is only ONE (1) reserved parking spot for your stay. It is numbered and is located to the right of the property when you are looking at the property.

2) You may use the other two unreserved/unmarked parking spots in the neighborhood on a first come, first serve basis. You may not save or reserve these two spaces.

3) Parking is only allowed in the above listed spaces. Parking in common areas such as the driveway, in front of units, on the grass, etc., is not allowed.

4) No parking or placement of motorbikes, recreation cars, commercial cars, boats, trailers, unlicensed or inoperable cars or objects is allowed in the common areas, parking areas, or driveways.

5) All cars are subject to towing at the car owner's expense.

6) Golf carts may not be parked in common areas and/or parking spots. Golf carts must be stored/parked in unit's garages.


Additional notes to consider:

- if you bring more guests the are reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund.

- please note there is a $250 pet fee. Only dogs and cats allowed. Max allowed are two family pets. If droppings from pets outside are not cleaned up, additional $100 clean up fee will apply.

- We have a golf cart available for rental for a fee of $225, along with a returnable security deposit of $200. Once our team verifies that the golf cart has been returned in its original condition, we will promptly refund your $200 security deposit. To ensure transparency, we take photos of the golf cart before each guest's use, and we highly recommend that you do the same

- We ask that you use the beach cruisers and golf cart responsibly. If there is any damage to either, repairs or the replacement value will be responsibility of guest.

- There is a camera located in front of home which is on 24/7 for your protection

- It is highly recommended you purchase traveler's insurance. We offer no cancellations for events outside of our control, including illness or anything weather related.

- After 48 hours, we no longer accept any alterations to your reservation

- Kindly be aware that community pools are under the management of the HOA, and any closures or maintenance activities throughout the year are beyond our control. However, we are committed to keeping you well-informed and will make every effort to promptly notify you as soon as we receive any updates.

- Please be mindful not to exceed six bags of trash during your stay. Our team incurs an additional fee for disposing of any excess trash, and we aim to minimize this to respect their time and efforts. Thank you for your cooperation!
