Tucked away in the quieter Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach, this refreshed condo offers a calming coastal escape without sacrificing convenience. The building sits right on the ocean, so getting from your door to the sand takes just moments.



You’ll also be able to walk to close by eateries and local stores, while a fast drive opens up the best of the Grandiose Strand: golf courses, entertainment, and fashionable attractions. Whether you’re planning a laid-back couple’s getaway or a fun family vacation, this location makes it simple to savor it all.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: There are 2 complex elevators. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.



Kitchen: Recently refreshed and entirely supplied! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Access to a modest private balcony via sliding glass doors (peak at ocean). 1 King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two single beds.



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2.



Bedroom 3: Two single beds.



Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.



Balcony 1: Roomy. Incredible for outdoor dining, card games, or meditation!



Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1. Peak at ocean.



Pool: There are 2 complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pools.

The complex is located in the relaxing Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, peaceful family vacation.

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
