Awesome location conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle Beach mins. to everything including the beach, airport, eateries, nighttime life and golf yet peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle. The unit is located on the first floor and is a corner unit so it’s as simple as it gets moving in and out.
This unit was just completely modernized, painted and decorated to make you feel special, yet have all the amenities and conveniences of being at home.
The kitchen is enormous with tons of completely outfitted cabinets with everything you'll need. There is over cabinet lighting, granite countertops, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, tuperware, plenty of glassware, silverware, cookware condiments and coffee, etc.
If you have little kids, we have 3 booster seats, a pack n play, and a modest bed for toddlers. Also supplied are 2 blow dryers, an iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, mop and vacuum.
the master bedroom has a patio as well as off the living room and seats up to 6 with a view of the golf course.
We offer all fresh linens, pillows, towels and beach/pool towels.
There are 4 new flatscreen TV's and some games for the kids.
Inside the complex, there is a splendid pool, exercise center, pro golf shop and a bar/restaurant as well as outdoor grilles and of course one of the most gorgeous golf courses you've ever played. World Tour is known for having 18 holes that are replicas from signature holes from around the world. 14 different but famed courses. It's definitely 1 of the top 5 courses to play in Myrtle Beach. We also have Pine Lakes, Wild Wing, Long Bay, Grande Dunes, TPC Myrtle Beach and Burning Ridge just to name a few and all very close by.
This is a marvelous location for your next vacation and we also host for get-togethers, bridal events, Buddy Golf trips, business travel etc.
