OUR HOME:
Premium Recently Renovated 1 Bedroom Direct Ocean Front Villa at the top rated Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower. Centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach on the oceanfront, appreciate sweeping ocean vistas of the beautiful Atlantic while calming at one of the most trendy resorts along the Grandiose Strand!

Sleeping:
Our home sleeps 4 guests total. There is a king bed in a separate bedroom and a pull-down murphy bed in the living room.

Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and savor a cold drink and home cooked meal after a great day at the beach. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking meals.

THE RESORT:
At the Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower, our guests are treated to a true beach dream. With a dazzling array of water features and pretty beach, the resort offers countless fun in the sun. There are three pools, including an outdoor full-sun pool, outdoor covered pool, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, giant 250 foot lazy river, and kiddie pool. There is direct beach access from the oceanfront pool deck!

There is even a sun lawn connecting the beach and pool getaway, which features swaying palm trees, sun loungers, and umbrellas with a front row seat of the waves rolling in.

Take advantage of complimentary parking and complimentary Wi-Fi with all stays. Unwind in our premium home, catch a workout in the on site exercise center, or play a game of shuffleboard after a memorable day at the beach.

Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is a modern high-rise resort and also features amenities including elevators, and even a café open in season.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
