The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 16th-floor, oceanfront condo at the Camelot By The Sea Resort in Myrtle Beach. This gorgeously refreshed suite is entirely furnished with 1 king bed, a queen sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 2–4 guests.
This condo was completely remodeled in Winter 2023 and features numerous gorgeous updates! For starters, the entire condo was painted with warm, welcoming colors. New floor was installed throughout, giving the condo a striking and seamless look. All new furnishings and decor were added as well. In the living room, a impressive shiplap accent wall was installed with a color-changing LED fireplace, making the room feel like a home away from home! Guests will find a second shiplap accent wall with a constructed-in fireplace in the bedroom. A constructed-in workstation was created in the living room, which is also ideal for sitting down to savor a bite to eat. In the bathroom, a new vanity was installed, giving it a modern look. In the kitchen, new countertops were added, along with cabinets and a pretty tile backsplash! Not to mention, all new appliances as well! No expense was spared in this remodel!
Upon entering the condo, guests will walk into the living room. The living room features a couch that converts to a queen-size bed, a coffee table, a constructed-in workspace area, a shiplap accent wall with a constructed-in fireplace, and a huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV located above the fireplace. The sleeper couch will accommodate up to 2 guests.
Moving past the living area is the kitchen. The kitchen features new full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, wall-mounted microwave, and plentiful cabinet space for storage. There's also a sink, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Cooking a meal or snack will be no problem! Guests will appreciate new cabinetry and a completely supplied selection of kitchenware and silverware. For guests who prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Camelot Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery. Myrtle Beach also offers food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Just past the kitchen, guests will find the bedroom. This space features a king-size bed, a dresser for storage, a handsome shiplap accent wall with a constructed-in fireplace, a enormous wall-mounted flat-screen TV, nightstands on both sides of the bed, and access to the oceanfront balcony. Tricks and tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:
- The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking in Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
- Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Make a plan and pick the bestrental:
- Choose a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and choose a max budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Pristine Oceanfront Oasis With Breathtaking Views- Camelot 1614 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available online. Otherwise, email the property owner before reserving the home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your contract.
- Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More considerations:
- Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Upon check-in, document any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a excellent stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
