-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-For security/safety/insurance reasons, there is a ring doorbell beside the front door with capability to record audio and video. We do not monitor this device unless there is reason to, such as a suspected unauthorized pet, report of event, injury, trespassing, etc. There is also a camera out back that faces the gate. Please do not tamper with the devices. We will get a notification if they go offline or if they tampered with.
