Are you looking for a newly refreshed vacation rental with impressive ocean vistas? Look no further! Check out this handsome, 13th floor, ocean view vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is entirely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation! It features 2 queen size beds, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

As of March 2024, this unit had a few updates done and we could not be more excited to share them with you! The entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. All new floor was installed throughout as well! To the left of the main door is the bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, enormous mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.

Moving right along is the kitchen. This area features full size appliances including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of fantastic dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very fashionable in this area.

Just past the kitchen is the main living space. This is by far the most calming space in the entire condo! This space features two queen size beds, 2 end tables, a wall mounted TV, a dresser for storage, a modest table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and access to the private ocean view balcony!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Splashes Oceanfront Water Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the best value:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To find the best value, try shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great source for finding the best local spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
