WOW! This oceanfront studio is calling your name! Check out this freshly modernized oceanfront condo at the Sun-N-Sand Resort. This glorified hotel room features 1 king bed and features countless, expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. As of March 2019, our guests will appreciate brand new furnishings, new tile floor, new refrigerator, fresh paint, and new beachy decor. This oceanfront rental is ideal for 2 guests. Other features include a private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, complimentary resort wifi, and fresh towels and linens for each guest.

This rental does not have a balcony, but our guests appreciate the beautiful view from the glass windows.

Please note that there is a modest knob on the side of the bed frame that controls the lights underneath the bed. In addition, keeping the curtains closed will help regulate comfortable room temperatures. The glass windows can allow an excessive amount of heat inside the room, especially during the summer.
