No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No Family Animals or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.

No Parties or Enormous Gatherings: Events, events, or huge group gatherings are not allowed such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Property Access & Restrictions

The HOA stringently prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. There is motorcycle parking across the street in the overflow lot. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your car as unauthorized cars may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

Housekeeping & Pest Policy:
No daily housekeeping. Fresh linens and a starter supply of essentials are included at check-in.
Monthly pest control is in place; however, occasional pest sightings may occur due to the coastal environment.
Bed Bug Policy:
All units are routinely inspected, including after each stay. Any concerns must be reported immediately through the booking platform with supporting documentation. Unverified or false claims may result in inspection costs billed to the guest.
