Ocean front balcony so you can appreciate direct vistas from inside the condo. A entirely equipped kitchenette accepts you to prepare simple meals.

Overlookin the beach , this high-rise condo building, 1.8 miles from the airport and 2 miles from boardwalk and all attractions.

Other Things to Note:

*condo is on 8th floor. kids and infants are in parents responsibility.

*Only initial amount of toiletries to get you started and you should bring your own if additional needed.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*The resort pool(s) and shared amenities are managed by the HOA, not by us. Occasionally, pools may be closed for maintenance, repairs, or weather-related safety.

We do not have control over these closures and cannot guarantee pool availability at all times. Refunds or discounts will not be included due to temporary conveniences closures outside of our control.
