Atlantica Resort is a 2 building property. The North Tower where you are located at features 14 floors. On the property you will find 6 bodies of water including 2 hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool. Located inside of the South Tower we have a Beach Club common area as well as men`s and women`s bathrooms.

Entry code included for the building entrance doors. Intelligent Lock SELF Check-In system. Upon arrival, go straight to your unit. Entry code will be supplied the date of arrival. When unlocking the door, enter your 4 digit code along with the bottom button. Please always make sure the door is locked when leaving by pressing the bottom button.

If you need anything, you can contact us through Air bnb.

We offer a non-smoking, non-vaping property. This includes in the unit or on the balconies.
No family pets or events allowed in the condo.

Violations are subjects to a minimum $250.00 fine for each occurrence and may be evicted.
