Full floor to ceiling renovations - painted, new furnishings, new beds, fresh linens, full size dressers, sink in the master en-suite, both bathrooms with granite counters. The kitchen has new handsome countertops and cabinets! Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning.
Guests receive a modest "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.

VIEW: When you are out on the balcony you have a gorgeous and beautiful view of the ocean.

KITCHEN: NEW Cabinets and Counter tops with full size appliances that include refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal. Plenty of cookware and dishware for those home-cooked seafood dinners. Single serve Keurig and regular coffee maker too.

LIVING / DINING AREA: Seating for 6 at the table, Intelligent TV so you can savor your Netflix, Hulu and Disney accts, etc or appreciate a sports tv marathon. Full size sleeper couch.

Sea Watch Resort features 21 bodies of water - 2 indoor (seasonal) heated pools; 2 lazy rivers; 5 outdoor pools; 2 indoor hot tubs; 9 outdoor hot tubs; lagoon water feature with fountain & nighttime lighting. There is also a playground, game room, on-site restaurant the "Captains Cove" & tiki bar for afternoon refreshments. There are scheduled fun activities for kids available (additional costs may apply).

• June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance.
