Step into a cavernous, open-concept layout featuring a comfortable living area with seating for six and a Intelligent TV. For those cozy nights in, the kitchen offers everything needed for a homemade meal, including brand new modern appliances, granite countertops, a full stove/oven, microwave range, dishwasher, coffee maker drip, toaster, blender, and all essential cookware. Gather around the formal dining table for a meal with ocean vistas as the ideal backdrop. Our queen-sized couch sleeper adds an additional bed for those additional two guests.

Driving & Parking: The resort offers on-site parking for guests, and most attractions, shopping centers, and eateries are just a short drive away. You’re about 10–15 mins. from places like Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and Broadway at the Beach.

Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and are great options if you don’t want to drive, especially for nights out or airport transfers.

Public Transit: The Coast RTA bus service runs through parts of Myrtle Beach, but it doesn’t service Shore Drive directly. If you`re planning to rely on public transportation, check the schedule and routes in advance.

- This condo is located on the 3rd floor providing extraordinary vistas for a more peaceful and private stay. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety. We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.

- Linens and Towels supplied and can be swapped out during your stay for a modest fee.

- Sands Beach Club is centrally located in off Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking or cycling distance.


- Free Parking & Wi-Fi: Guests have access to complimentary on-site parking car and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We adore animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.

10. Respect for the Property:
