We are close to all delights, the Pavilion, Tanger Outlet, Walmart, golfing, eateries, nightclubs, movie theater and Colonial Mall. The community offers an indoor pool (right beside us for those rainy days) and a hot tub (my happy place), multiple outdoor pools, and outside grilling. Sorry No Family Animals Accepted and No smoking in this unit.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR BELONGINGS MUST Be out by 11am. Every min. past 11am we charge $1 per min. over. Our cleaners need enough time to thoroughly clean and sanitize before next renters arrive.
A $130 departure cleaning fee includes sheets, pillowcases, towels & washcloths but we encourage you to bring extras!
