Your search for the ideal vacation spot ends right here! Welcome to this appealing third-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the peaceful River Oaks Golf Villas in Myrtle Beach, SC. Ideally located less than a mile off Highway 501 and Highway 31, two of the main roads in the area. This condo places you within mins. of some of the area's top-rated golf courses! Just a short 10-min. drive will get you to Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and plenty of other must-see attractions. To top it off, guests have access to both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as tennis courts!

Step inside, and you'll find the heart of the condo, a completely supplied kitchen, ready for you to whip up a fast snack or full meal. With plenty of counter space and storage, the kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. We've also made sure to include all the kitchen essentials, from dishes, cups, and silverware, to a toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and cooking silverware. If cooking isn't your thing, don't worry, there are plenty of great dining options close by. Whether you choose to walk, drive, or even take advantage of food delivery services like UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates, you'll be well taken care of.

For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the closet between the bathroom and guest bedroom, so you can comfortably freshen up your clothes during your stay.

On the other side of the kitchen is the first of the two bedrooms. This comfortable room features two twin-sized beds, a nightstand in between, a dresser for storage, a ceiling fan, and a window that lets in plenty of natural light. You'll also have a flat-screen TV and simple access to the guest bathroom, just outside the room. The guest bathroom includes a shower, vanity, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet, everything you need for a quick refresh!

Just past the kitchen, you'll find the inviting dining and living areas. The dining table seats four comfortably, with additional seating at the bar area behind it. The living room offers a cozy ambiance with a couch that converts to a bed, loveseat, accent chair, and coffee table, as well as a enormous flat-screen TV and side tables for convenience. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and the space opens up to the private balcony, where you can relax and take in the vistas. The apartment has been gorgeously decorated, and the new floor and modern touches throughout add to the overall appeal and comfort.

Across from the living area is the cavernous master bedroom.
