You will even find games to play for the rare rainy day! We do not allow events, family pets, or smoking. $250 fine for evidence of smoking or vaping of any sort, (including the balcony) plus any fines issued to owners by the HOA. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Extra things to note:
Must be 24 years old to book.
If you are staying on the second Monday of the month, expect a knock on the door. The exterminator comes to spray. They will enter if no answer. Takes about 5 mins..
Please refrain from hanging towels or clothes over balcony railing. You may be fined up to $40 if so.
There are directions next to the patio door on how to open the blinds. Please look for this so you don't have any issues.

Rental property booking tips:

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides have coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Narrow your rental Search:

  • Start by choosing a vacation week and a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Spacious 2 bd\/2b Arcadian Dunes near Shore Drive, Ocean Annie's, golf & beach has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the host before reserving the property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your contract.
  • Does your family require specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.

More considerations:

  • Store the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of problems.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • To make certain no damages are linked to your visit, note any problem areas during arrival. Contact the property manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
