- Smoking or vaping of any kind is stringently prohibited inside the home or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
- Parties and events are also stringently prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.
- Additionally, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.

????Minimum Age Requirement: We welcome bookings from guests age 25 and older. Guests under 25 are welcome when accompanied by parents or other responsible adults.

????Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be supplied in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per guest per nighttime will apply for any undisclosed guests.
