1203 at Sand Dunes offers a roomy living room, dining area, entirely equipped kitchen, and a private balcony ideal for appreciating a morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and an on-site restaurant. Guests do not have access to the onsite kiddie waterpark. Note that Sand Dunes properties do not allow family pets, motorbikes, or golf carts.

For added convenience, Booe Realty provides travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver with each rental.
