You can sleep up to 4 people with a KING BED in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with everything you would need for dining in on those days when you just want to relax at the beach.

AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
