The roomy great room features comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating, a dining area with seating for 8 with additional seating for 2 at the adjacent breakfast bar. An ample, open, well equipped kitchen has everything to meet your culinary needs while staying connected with your adored ones. Just add food and fun!

The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed and private attached bath with a walk in shower, jetted tub, double sinks and a bidet! This bedroom has its own access to the oceanfront balcony. The second oceanfront bedroom has two queen beds, attached bath with tub/shower combo and access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom three has one queen bed with a shared bath and bedroom four has a queen bed with an attached private bath. The bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens and towels for your ultimate comfort.

This unit also features a full size washer and dryer, complimentary high speed wifi and intelligent TV's for your streaming services. The private, residential building has controlled entries, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and an indoor hot tub. Free parking for two cars supplied, additional paid parking is available at the Sun and Sand Resort next door. Note: Some restrictions on common area use may be in place at the time of your visit, masks are required in the entry halls and elevators. This is a nonsmoking unit which includes the balcony and hallways.

Parking restricted to two (2) cars per unit. Property does not allow motorbikes or trailers at any time of the year.
