Savor breakfast on the covered porch before starting your days of sun-filled fun. With the open kitchen, dining and living layout, your group is sure to make fun-filled memories! You can quickly access all the incredible park amenities on the supplied complimentary golf cart. Even your furry four-legged friends can join in on the fun!

Items To Note:

This rental includes complimentary use of golf cart. All operators must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Other terms & conditions apply, per your rental agreement.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not supplied in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 3 cars at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

A welcome packet containing information of parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.

Prices and costs are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 12.

No smoking in the home.

Dogs 20 lbs or less are able to join in the family fun for an additional fee.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

This vacation home is located in Surfside Beach. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium are not to be missed.

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
