Come and be our "guests" at this family friendly coastal getaway. The "GUEST COTTAGES" is a fabulous beach neighborhood, roughly 3 short blocks walk to the beach. The ideal location puts you in a private residential area of Shore Drive, between the beach and the marsh, to savor calming while you're on vacation. This idyllic stretch of the S.C. coastline has gorgeous white sands and blue waters. The "Guest Cottages" community has lush green landscaping, ideally kept row homes, well maintained grounds and 3 outdoor pools.

Savor being the first guest to appreciate the nice, newly remodeled interior. The open floor plan is well appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out from the cavernous central gathering area, in the middle of the condo. Two main bedrooms, provide a Queen bed with en-suite private bathrooms, while the 3rd & 4th bedrooms (2 Twins each) share a common Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower stall only). All bathrooms are generously modernized, from the showers and vanities, to new floor.

There is ample seating to enjoy the enormous flat screen TV for streaming (No Cable). Plus, dining or family game nighttime seating for 6. The galley kitchen offers a nice stock of essentials and full size appliances. Full size washer and dryer within the condo.

There's a great shady front porch to sit and relax. Sizable open area underneath the home for your personal family hangout; enjoy grilling (Charcoal Only) meals, and picnic table seating for games, beach supplies and outdoor shower. Appreciate the porch swing for salty evening breezes, star gazing and more. Personal or Rental Golf Carts are allowed but NO TRAILERS and NO MOTORCYCLES, please.

The beach access is just a walk to the end of the road. It's an painless walk to enjoy any of the 3 outdoor pools available for guests use. One pool is within the immediate vicinity of the condo, while the others are within steps, toward the marsh side of the community.

Guest Cottage is conveniently located within mins., between Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, both will WOW everybody in your group. Both of these giant FUN complexes offer unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk has the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the coastline in a completely enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the refreshed oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift stores, historic arcades & tourists attractions along the old original Pavilion area. Broadway at the Beach has over 30+ great eateries, water park with go-cart track, and Pelicans baseball games.

Barefoot Landing is famed for golf but loaded with attractions & special nightly events along it's 27 acres of waterfront setting. Plus, the BareFoot Marina offers guided waterway tours, fishing excursions & dinner boat cruises. There are countless specialty stores to seek out the ideal take-home souvenir. Enjoy amusement rides & entertainment like theatre musical productions and LIVE appearances at the music venues, complete with fireworks displays weekly, during the summer season. Apache Pier is within mins. for fishing.

* No smoking on premises, interior or exterior. $500 fine if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.
* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called
* No Animals. $500 fee if family pets or pet remnants are found
* $50 fee for lost pool pass.
* Minimum rental age is 25 years- Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25
* No trailers, campers, motorbikes or RVs
