ALMOST LIKE OCEAN FRONT! 40 ft to the ocean 4 bd/3 bath ocean view beach home sleeps 12 with 4 decks Take a look at the photos and vistas! One of the biggest decks in the park with the Atlantic Ocean – so close you can feel the breeze.

4 Bedrooms + Bunk bed + Couch Sleeper and 3 Baths !!! Sleeps 10-12 TV in Living room and also all bedrooms.
This home is in one of the prime locations of the park. It is one of only a few homes that have an marvelous back deck just waiting for you and your family to prepare out or have your friends over for a great time….all with a view of the ocean. The back lower deck is over 24 feet wide and over 46 feet long. Plenty of room for laying out and calming.

Nice kitchen and entirely furnished with everything you need if you plan to prepare. New table that seats 6.

Cozy living room furnishings, two recliners and TV…sit in the den and watch the waves.

WiFi/Wireless Internet and Cable included

Downstairs is a queen bedroom with access to the back deck and there is a full bathroom also.

Upstairs you will find two queen bedrooms and access to the upper deck with an exceptional ocean view. A third bedroom with a full bed with ocean vistas. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs also.

One of the queen bedrooms has access to a back private deck and an area with bunk beds. Bunk bed area has it own TV.

Outside shower with hot and cold water. Enormous area under the home…. plenty of room for parking for up to 5 cars.

No smoking. No family pets. No home events. rental is intended for families only must be 25 to rent.

Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a Rec center with supervised activities for kids such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools and new in 2016 is a full size water park, golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, a outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned community the rental of this home is intended for couples and families 25 or older and not a group of young singles**
*This home will sleep a max. of 10 adults in 5 bedrooms or 10 adults and 4 kids including the bunk beds*
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your car and pay Ocean Lakes directly $10.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly units Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00 pm
check out time is 10:00 am
departure cleaning is mandatory because not everybody cleans the same and I want everybody to be happy and have a great vacation .
