Summary:
Need an EASY hideaway? Check out this refreshingly roomy 2 BR/2 BA OF end unit located in Carolinian Beach Resort. We make vacations painless by providing a entirely equipped kitchen, linens & towels, beach chairs & toys, & a convenient & safe location walkable to a # of Myrtle's best attractions including the Boardwalk, Convention Center, eateries, bars, coffee stores & the beach! In addition to pools, hot tub, lazy river, & exercise center, Carolinian has one of the shortest walks to the ocean!
The Space:
This is a direct, oceanfront, end-unit condo located on the 9th floor of the Carolinian Beach Resort located on the 25th block of N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach. Before diving into the nitty gritty features of the condo and resort, here is a high level overview of the space: This condo comfortably accommodates 6 with two bedrooms (king; two double beds), two bathrooms, open concept living/dining room/kitchen, sleeper couch in the living room, in-unit washer and dryer, towels and linens supplied, 2 beach chairs and toys supplied, 2 parking passes, upgraded balcony furnishings that consists of two cushioned chairs and ottomans that can be reconfigured into a double chaise couch with a ideal, unobstructed view of the ocean and sunrises. There are two additional chairs and an end table on the balcony as well. This resort is one of the closest to the actual beach and ocean so you don’t have to lug beach gear nearly as far. Besides the outdoor chaise, my favorite feature is the popcorn station! The resort has 2 pools (one heated in winter), hot tub (currently under construction), lazy river, kiddie pool, exercise center, business center with computers and printer, and a laundromat. Guests receive two complimentary parking passes. Please see “Other Details to Note” section of this listing for additional parking details. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, relaxing & functional space for our guests. With six kids, I know how hectic family vacations can be when your space isn’t well equipped and I also know how fun it can be to go away with adult friends and just relax and have a good time. We strive for nuggets of calm and ease and joy :)
Now let’s dive into the details!
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom One/Bathroom One: Oceanfront with corner windows overlooking sunrises, the beach and ocean and private access to the balcony. This primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, Roku TV, iron (boring!), and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo, vanity, and makeup counter equipped and hair dryer.
Bedroom Two/Bathroom Two: This room has two double beds, a 55” Roku TV and a private entrance to the condo’s main bathroom with tub/shower combo, vanity & hair dryer.
Balcony (My FAVORITE part):
We have a modular, outdoor couch set that can be configured into single seats, ottomans, stools or smushed all together for a cozy chaise lounge! There are also two “normal” chairs with an end table. We do ask guests to bring cushions inside during periods of high wind and rain ????
Living Room: The living room has a direct, million dollar unobstructed view of the ocean, balcony entrance, sleeper couch, comfortable swivel chairs, Roku TV and a “complimentary flowing” collection of books.
Kitchen (SECOND FAVORITE): This kitchen is rather cavernous and while we provide most kitchen essentials and numerous non-essentials, we leave additional cabinet space for your own personal storage - it helps keep the kitchen from feeling cluttered and is great for hiding the good snacks :) There is also a lot of counter space and space for people to spread out and not be under each other's feet. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator and freezer, full-sized, flat-top electric range, dishwasher, microwave, Drip/Keurig combo coffee maker (filters included), popcorn machine, blender, and toaster. We have pots, pans, cooking sheets, pyrex dishes, mixing bowls, serving bowls and silverware, and plenty of dishes for a family of 6.
The condo also has an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a coat closet with 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, body boards & beach toys.
Carolinian Beach Resort has an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, as well as a covered, but open air heated pool, lazy river and hot tub. There is an oceanfront lawn with just a handful of steps to the sand and surf. There is an onsite exercise center and business center, a laundromat and numerous ice and vending machines. Guests are also welcome to use the amenities across the street at Bluegreen Carolina Grande which includes a heated rooftop pool and hot tub.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo and balcony with the exception of an owner's closet, all resort amenities (pools, lazy river, hot tub, exercise center) and Bluegreen Carolina Grande's rooftop pool and hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Guests will LOVE Carolinian Beach Resort's convenient & safe location walkable to a number of Myrtle's best attractions including the Boardwalk, Convention Center, eateries, bars, coffee stores & the beach! In addition to pools, hot tub, lazy river, & exercise center, Carolinian has one of the shortest walks to the ocean of all the resorts located on the strip!
Getting Around:
There is a convenient loading/unloading zone at the resort entrance. Two complimentary parking passes are supplied with each reservation. Carolinian Beach Resort's parking garage is located at 2503 Withers Drive (there is another resort located between the Carolinian Resort buildings and the parking garage).

Strategies for getting the best rental home experience:
When to book & When to go:
- Summer is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines that include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning and choosing your prefect Myrtle Beach rental home:
- First, have your group choose trip dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Spacious&Serene OF2BR@Carolinian has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking pages. If not, call the property management company before you reserve the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what configuration is optimal for your family.
- Visiting for a single attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or could be applied to your invoice.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
- Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if damages are assessed.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be respectful. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
