Grandiose Atlantic 3 bedroom 3 bath condominiums are some of the biggest on the beach and have well over 1200 square feet of space. An upsized oceanfront balcony, huge full kitchen (ice maker, microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, disposal), washer/dryer and complimentary wireless internet are included. In our “Double Balcony” units, the master bedroom is oceanfront with private balcony access and a king-size bed complete w/ private bath. This condo is ideal for families, golfers, and charming getaways. The Second Bedroom also has a King size bed and private bath. The Third Bedroom features two double beds and private bath. This condo sleeps 8 people comfortably.
Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each condo. During inclement weather, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the pretty indoor pool, new hot tub, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, game room and the exercise center without ever stepping foot outdoors! If the weather is bad your kids can still have a fun day at our covered water features.

Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round visiting. The resort's amenities include a gorgeous indoor heated swimming pool, indoor 170 foot heated lazy river with rafts, brand new indoor Hot Tub and a sizable indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains. Outside, the resort features a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunbathing! The resort also offers a restaurant, gift shop , exercise center, bathrooms at the pool area and high speed elevators. The resort has security cameras in the pool area, the garage and hallways for safety.
