The Space:

Welcome to Sea Mark Sanctuary - a cavernous condo waiting for you! The unit is in Sea Mark Tower, which is charmingly located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach - just a short walk to the beach and eateries.



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Self check-in with a keypad access code. Please be advised that there is a ring camera.



Kitchen: Recently updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes entirely supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Grand living area.



Bedroom 1: Enormous bedroom with king bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Cozy queen bed.



Bathroom 2: Bedroom & hallway access.



Bedroom 3: Two double beds.



Bathroom 3: Full bathroom.



Balcony: Roomy!



Pool: Complex has a shared pool and hot tub! The pool is open from April through October. The hot tub is open year-round.



Beach: Take a very short walk down to our handsome beach.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with painless to use control panel.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool and hot tub (during their operation period).

The complex is located in an extraordinary section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, peaceful family vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens on the third Friday of every month starting at 8 am. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
