The Ocean View Towers complex offers an outdoor pool, BBQ Grille, and an elevator in the building.

You will be amazed by its handsome interior design as you enter the suite. The interior design is impressive. From its cavernous living room to its kitchen area, your family will not want to leave this place.

There is a parking pass for your use. Please display it on your car's dashboard while parked at the resort. Leave the parking pass on the kitchen counter upon your departure. Lost or missing parking passes result in a $20.00 fee. The resort only accepts one car per unit.

All guests must agree to adhere to all of the HOA rules and regulations during their stay. To ensure that everybody has a parking space, we have a strict parking policy that prohibits trailers, golf carts, mopeds, etc. BE ADVISED, WE ONLY HAVE ONE PARKING SPACE FOR GUESTS.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation.
