The stay will be accessed via a intelligent lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-returnable damage waiver included by a third-event insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $35. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.

Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have supplied laundry detergent for your convenience.



**We do not provide a daily linen service.**



Upon arrival guests will have parking passes and pool bands that need to be returned at the end of their stay.
