Our executive suite can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • To find the best value, change your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a special rate.

  • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
