Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen to the right, completely equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Whether you're preparing a full meal or a fast snack, this kitchen has everything you need. Outfitted with modern, full-sized appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, there’s plenty of counter space and cabinet storage to make cooking a breeze. Plus, we provide all the essential silverware, cookware, dishes, and silverware. If you’re in the mood to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers a wide array of marvelous eateries just a short drive, walk, or Uber ride away. Food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also trendy in the area.



Venture further into the condo, and you'll be greeted by the cavernous living area, where relaxation comes painless. The upsized sectional couch offers ample seating for everybody, with an additional accent chair for additional comfort. Catch up on your favorite shows on the enormous flat-screen TV, or step outside to the private balcony, accessible through the living room, where you can savor fresh air and vistas of the tennis courts. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living and kitchen areas, with a kitchen island that doubles as a chic seating area, ideal for casual gatherings.



The bedroom, just off the living area, is elegantly decorated and features a cozy queen-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. It also offers convenient access to the bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads directly to the balcony.



The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, a vanity sink with underneath cabinet storage, a mirror, and a toilet. A second door in the bathroom provides simple access to the living and kitchen areas.



This condo comes entirely equipped with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all the linens you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We also provide a set of "starter toiletries" including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner to help you settle in with ease.



This resort is secured by a gated entrance with 24-hour security and is only two miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Walmart and Walgreens are across the street, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, state park, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and complimentary beach access. If you are here during one of the Bicycle Weeks held in the Myrtle Beach area, please reach out and we will explain the additional costs and regulations.



Guests will need to pay $20.00 per car Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 - Sept 30. From October 1 - April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the car is parked on the property.



Bicycle Week Parking: Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on property except during Bicycle Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These costs are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The costs during bicycle week are as followed; Car or Truck (car pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 apiece
