This bedroom has a constructed-in closet, a suitcases rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer for laundry convenience.

The huge, cavernous kitchen is fully supplied with every convenience a prepare would want. This condo is privately owned and units are stringently available through private rental agreement with the owner, NOT through the resort management company, Island Vista Holding Company LLC. The resort management company offers a bell-service, room service and snow-bird activities that are not available to private rental guests. ALL resort amenities (pools, gardens, gym, parking garage, restaurant etc) are ALL available for private guests without restriction. The host provides a private suitcases cart in the condo for guests to use, pool towels etc to provide replacement convenience for private guests unable to use the management company items.
