The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the sizable balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, new pillow-top beds and 600 thread-count luxury bamboo linens. This bedroom has a constructed-in closet, a bags rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom is completely tiled with a opulent jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower with giant rain drop shower head, double vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. There is a constructed-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of additional thick and fluffy luxury towels. The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with new beds, fine luxury bamboo linens, constructed in closet, chest of drawers, bags rack, new 42" LED HDTV. The third bathroom is also entirely tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, constructed-in hairdryer, luxury additional thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer for laundry convenience.

The enormous, cavernous kitchen is fully outfitted with every convenience a prepare would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, new top of the line coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all silverware, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel stove, matching stainless microwave and a full size stainless dishwasher. The kitchen also enjoys a marvelous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. This condo is privately owned and units are stringently available through private rental agreement with the owner, NOT through the resort management company, Island Vista Holding Company LLC. The resort management company offers a bell-service, room service and snow-bird activities that are not available to private rental guests. ALL resort amenities (pools, gardens, gym, parking garage, restaurant etc) are ALL available for private guests without restriction. The host provides a private suitcases cart in the condo for guests to use, pool towels etc to provide replacement convenience for private guests unable to use the management company items.
