The condo has been refurbished, with full redecoration (2020), new wood floor (2022), new curtains (2022) and delightfully upgraded kitchen with top of the range stainless steel appliances (2020).

The condo is equipped with COMPLIMENTARY WIFI INTERNET service, Roku and cable TV. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the sizable balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, new pillow-top beds and 600 thread-count luxury bamboo linens. This bedroom has a constructed-in closet, a suitcases rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom is completely tiled with a opulent jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower with giant rain drop shower head, double vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC.
