Unwind and rejuvenate in this roomy 3 bed/2.5 bath condo with elegant ocean vistas from every room! The resort is ideally located in the heart of the grandiose strand on a peaceful, uncongested stretch of beach. Onsite amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, lazy river, exercise room, and restaurant/bar serving breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Steps down the road you’ll find a beachfront playground and a oceanside exercise trail; you’ll find plentiful eateries, shopping, entertainment, and golf just a few mins. drive away.
In-unit amenities include complimentary high speed WiFi, white noise machines in each bedroom, charging stations in each bedroom, beach towels, and a full sized washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent to use as you need. Free, onsite parking for two cars is also available.

This condo can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. Each bedroom includes luxury linens on freshly purchased beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and plenty of storage.

The comfortable living room features plenty of seating, family games, big screen tv, and floor to ceiling windows so you can savor the never-ending vistas of the beach!

The completely equipped kitchen has plentiful cabinet space, granite countertops, and all the creature amenities of home. There's a sizable dining table as well as counter seating so everybody can sit down for meals together.

Our cavernous balcony, accessible from the living area and Bedroom 1, has a high top table and chairs for 4 as well as Adirondack chairs.

For the little ones...available upon request, we can provide a portable crib, high chair, booster chair and kids's dinnerware.

House Rules- The Home Owners Association does not allow smoking/vaping ANYWHERE on the premises including in units, balconies, pool area, etc. There are no family pets and no motorbikes allowed.

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
