The Space:
Welcome to your next vacation spot - Bluewater Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! This unit is directly oceanfront providing unobstructed vistas of our relaxing ocean. Nearby, you will find many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions. Come appreciate - you don't want to miss this!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: **2 car limit** Simple access parking lot across the street from the building. 2 cars are allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Parking lot is across the street.

Entry: Complex elevator is available. 2nd floor.

Kitchen: Totally outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Oceanfront vistas. Sleeper couch. Additional bed. Intelligent TV - Roku guest mode!

Bedroom 1: King bed. Intelligent TV - Roku guest mode! Connects directly to the main area via hallway. Constructed in USB ports in nightstands!

Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway

Balcony: Sensational unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Complex Conveniences: Outdoor pool, outdoor ocean front heated pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, lazy river across the street, 2 additional pools across the street, dry sauna, pay ($) washer/dryers on site, Dilisi's Italian restaurant and bar on site, full gym exercise center (3rd floor), modest game room in lobby, ocean front lobby/lounge, direct beach access, outdoor showers, seasonal ocean front tiki bar, secure parking garage, secure key card main entrance, 24 hour security on site, common area video surveillance.

Beach: Direct access from the complex! 2 beach chairs in the condo!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex amenities.

Guests will have 2 parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.
Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
