There is so much to do at this resort but if you are up for an adventure, there are plenty of options all around, including fishing, and other watersports activities. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better than this as this condo in the Atlantica Resort is literally in the heart of Myrtle Beach and is steps away from all major attractions, eateries and must-see places. You’ll be just a few blocks from the new Beach Boardwalk, the Market Commons, the Sky Wheel and the pier.

The space is bright and roomy! All essential amenities are included for your comfort and a calming stay. You can choose to stay at the resort or head out to discover the most striking attractions Myrtle Beach is known for.

• Parking tons are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort, you will see a specific Atlantica parking lot sign (Max 2 spaces).
Things to know
• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a phenomenal stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorbikes, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/home as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/home and/or linens.
• NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking tons.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House events and illegal substances are stringently prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

• Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
