The Space:

*1 bedrooms, 1 bath, Cozy and clean condo

*1 king bed, 1 queen pullout couch in the living room.

*washer/dryer in the condo.

*Wi-Fi and intelligent TV available.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee . Only 1 pet up to 50lb

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Kitchen is completely quipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

*Simple access to both Hwy 17.
