Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located newly modernized 1BR condo. Just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Totally outfitted kitchen, sleeps 4.
*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Pet fee is $75 per pet. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedrooms, 1 bath, Cozy and clean condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen pullout couch in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and intelligent TV available.
*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee . Only 1 pet up to 50lb
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Kitchen is entirely quipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Parking is complimentary.
