Just steps from the beach, pools, shopping, dining, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel & Convention Center, this condo has it all!
This condo features a private bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds, bathroom with tub/shower combo and dual vanity, entirely supplied kitchen with refrigerator, stove, range, microwave and dishwasher, roomy living room with a queen-sized sleeper couch, comfortable armchair, TV, dining area, fireplace and a show stopping view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is convenient to the pools, spas and the beach. It has a impressive direct ocean view from the balcony and is a short and painless walking distance to eateries, bars, Starbucks, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Convention Center and entertainment!
The resort features both indoor and outdoor pools and spas, an onsite convenience store supplied with refreshments, beach souvenirs and travel essentials, an onsite laundry facility, a spacious, oceanfront lawn with tons of seating, tables and umbrellas, multi-level parking garage, 24-hour secured building entrances, and onsite security.
Check-in is after 4:00 pm, Check out is by 11:00 am. Guests will receive the condo number and access code on their arrival day as soon as the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Guests will have access to the entire unit and all common areas of the property including indoor and outdoor pools & spas, onsite laundry facility, and outdoor seating on the oceanfront lawn.

- This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the resort premises including the balconies of the units, inside the condo, hallways, elevators and common areas. Violating this policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. The only exception is one designated smoking area located on the North side of the resort. Please use this area if you smoke. If you have neighbors who are smoking, please contact us.
Absolutely no smoking any kind, no event, no pet allowed, Violations will result in a $250 fine and being evicted from the property.
