Brand New installed (August 2023) GE washer / dryer for the convenience of washing & drying your clothes during your stay. Please dont use PODS because apparently the pods leave stains. Having the washer & dryer inside the unit prevents our guests from hanging towels, bathing suits and swimming trunks out on the balcony to dry.

The space:
This condo is close to all of the area attractions & golf courses. If you prefer to ride around the area there are golf carts for rent just down the street. The building is ocean front and the unit is Oceanview. Lyft & Uber are the best if you decided not to bring your car. If you did bring your car, Gated Garage Parking is Free and it is private with 24 hour access for one car. Access to this handsome unit is by elevator or stairs if you prefer exercising. Thresholds are not huge and allow simple access for wheelchairs. The Interior hallway is 42" wide - however the threshold for the balcony is very thick. Come and relax here in Myrtle Beach while you work remotely; you owe it to yourself to see all of this beauty. There is a full kitchen to prepare gourmet meals and an in unit laundry for a fast clean up. There is also a keurig coffee maker that uses coffee pods - we do supply coffee pods ( However, bring your own K pods if you like flavoured coffee). We also have an air fryer & a toaster & a blender available for your use.
Guest access:
You will have full access to the entire condo; Bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances, living room/ Dining combo, and balcony. Only one car can be parked in the gated garage. All other cars must be parked on the street. The work out room is on the first (1st) Floor.
Other things to note:
This is a No Pet & Non Smoking Unit. No smoking on the balcony is also an HOA restriction. Please also note that there are multiple outdoor showers available and we certainly do encourage all guests to use those showers as much as possible to limit the amount of sand brought into the condo. In addition, please take all trash to the trash bin in the garage area on the 1st floor to the left of the entry gate just as you enter the garage. Just in case you don’t want to get sand on your shoes there is also an elevated ocean front sun deck just above the area where JMikes restuarant is located. You may use the indoor heated pools in both buildings. Don’t forget to bring your own sizable over sized beach towels.
The Lazy River pool for your kids is indoor and it is heated. The hot tubs are also indoor and the temperature is ideal for calming, simply excellent.
JMikes is an award winner here in Myrtle Beach for the shrimp tacos! JMikes is available for breakfast & lunch and is located inside the building just across the parking lot and the breakfast is delicious.
