Welcome to this enchanting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the A Building of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You’ll find comfort and convenience in this entirely furnished unit, which includes a queen-sized master bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Cook meals in the completely outfitted kitchen with refreshed appliances or savor a peaceful morning on the balcony, taking in the fresh ocean air.

The resort offers all the luxuries you could want, from multiple pools and a lazy river to an oceanfront tiki bar called the Quarterdeck. Take in the ocean breeze on the private balcony, or hit the close by Broadway at the Beach for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

This condo is ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a laid-back, beachside escape.

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.
* All guests staying will have access to every amenities (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.

Prices do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-event payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per car/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bicycle per day.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
• Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guides contain deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.

• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
• Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
