About this Property

  • Sleeps 8

  • Villa

This Spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa located on a beachfront property. Sleeps up to 8. This resort is neighbored by residential properties on the right and on the left is the very posh Ocean Club and pricey privately owned condos. It is ideally located in North Myrtle Beach away from the other busy hotels, resorts, and beaches. We have owned with Marriott since 1999 and have traveled far and wide visiting many of their resorts; however, this is one of our favorites that we visit every year. We find it equally accommodating for families, lovers, and friends. It is only a few short miles from area attractions, dining, great seafood, and shopping ( near two different Tanger outlets, walmart and many other stores.) There is plenty to do on and off property. You can very comfortably just park your car for the week and take advantage of all the resort has to offer, or indulge in area attractions. Check with the activities depart for scheduled activities, take a dip in one of the 5 pools or 4 hot tubs, or take a short walk to the beach through the property's private beach entrance. So much to do or just RELAX.
We appreciate this property, we are only renting it because unforeseen circumstances would not allow us to visit at this time, which explains the late listing and low price. Here is an opportunity to take advantage of a one time low price offering. Must show photo id and the same credit card used for booking to the resort at check in.
In the photos take notice of how far the resort is away from the other busy beaches and resorts.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to pick the best vacation home:

  • Start by selecting the best vacation week and a max budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. The luxurious Marriott ocean watch beachfront property - May 29 - June 2 2026 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, call the host before you reserve your rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You'll need to work out what configuration is best for your trip.
  • Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you will need a property that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Some hosts charge additional pet fees.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
  • Record any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
