This fresh 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse villa sits on the top floor giving spectacular vistas of the sunsets from 2 private balconies located off the master bedroom and living room.
Upon entering, guests will be delighted to find a roomy floor plan. The kitchen is located to the right shortly after entering the apartment. The kitchen features gorgeous cabinetry and granite countertops. The black, matching appliances really tie everything together. Our guests will savor full-size appliances; refrigerator, freezer, over-the-range microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. All cookware, pots, pans, cooking silverware, plates, cutlery, knives, and glassware will be included. We will also provide a coffee maker. The breakfast bar features two barstools and makes for a great place to eat a fast meal.
Across from the kitchen, guests will find the first bedroom. This space is considered the guest bedroom and features 2 queen beds, cable TV, dresser, closet for storage, window for natural light, ceiling fan, and access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a double vanity sink, tub, shower, and toilet. The washer and dryer are located in this area as well.
Entering the living room, guests will be amazed by the luxury furnishings and modren décor. This area is, by far, the most calming space in the apartment. The living area features a couch that converts to a sleeper couch, accent chairs, gas fireplace, enormous TV, ceiling fan, modest table and chairs, luxury blackout curtains, and access to the private balcony. The upsized balcony offers vistas of the intercoastal waterway, terrace, and marina. Our guests really appreciate relaxing on the balcony and watching boats come and go. Above all, the sunset from this unit is definitely beautiful.
The last room in the condo is the master suite. This bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, closet for storage, TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, access to the private balcony, and it's own private bathroom. Yes, you read correctly! The upsized master bathroom features double sink vanity, upsized mirror, tub, toilet, and a walk-in shower. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. We provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Myrtle Beach rental booking tips:
Getting the best rental value:
- Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To find the best value, consider changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning, selecting, and booking the rightrental home:
- Choose your vacation dates and budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your family requires. The Marina at Grande Resorts 4-1202-2 bedroom and 2 bath has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the host before you reserve the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for information on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
Considerations for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
- To make sure no damages are linked to your family's visit, note any problem areas during check in. E-mail the rental manager right away to document any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents quite a few concerns.
- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
