* Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very cavernous condo.

*1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room.

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. (Condiments are not supplied).

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sizable balcony with handsome pool view.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Shared outdoor pool in the back of the building. (Modest Pool only)

(Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Free parking on property (please notify host how many cars you have and note that motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises)

Striking peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, impressive landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Car, Uber, taxi



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Only modest pool is available for guests to use.

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
