-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Our home is located at A Place at the Beach I, which is directly on the oceanfront.  Watch the passersby on the beach and the waves crashing to shore from your private balcony.  When you`re ready for some sun, our convenient beach access and outdoor pool deck are ready for you!  Take a stroll next door to Ocean Annie`s for some live music and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with the best burgers in town!

Coupled with an impressive location is our phenomenal home.  With new upgrades including a refreshed bathroom, hard floor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and ocean view balcony, you can have a memorable vacation in style and comfort.  Stay connected with your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs, and appreciate complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Parking is available for 1 car. Guests with additional cars often park them at a close by shopping center or grocery store at their discretion.
