**We have 2 additional adjoining efficiency units available on this floor for renting. This unit has an interconnecting door with one of the adjacent units and both can be rented together as a 2-bedroom unit. Contact us if you have an interest and we can confirm pricing and availability.

The unit was completely modernized in early 2024 with handsome coastal-themed furnishings, a new king-sized bed, couch/pull-out queen bed, new paint, new kitchen, new bath (w/shower), and more!

The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow from the completely equipped galley kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator/freezer, to the beautiful living and bedroom space with a king bed, pullout couch, dedicated workspace, and dining table for two. You will have full, private access to your studio condo, with shared access to most of the resort amenities.

As our valued guest, we will do all possible to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. As owners, we are local residents of Myrtle Beach and are available to assist you in having the best vacation!

Upon arrival, you are allowed to unload in the 15-min. parking zone outside the entrance door while obtaining a parking pass from the Sands Ocean Club on-site registration desk ($25 for length of stay). Sands Ocean Club also charges $5/day for trash removal these are additional costs that are not included on Airbnb and are paid directly to the hotel. Sands bellmen are unfortunately not allowed to assist with bags for private owner bookings.
