The Space:
Welcome to this glamorous oceanfront condo! The unit located in Meridian Plaza - which is in downtown Myrtle Beach - many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions are close by. The unit features and unobstructed oceanview; so come on down and savor a memorable vacation!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: **1 car limit** Simple access parking lot across the street from the building. Only 1 car is allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex elevator is available.

Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Oceanfront vistas. Sleeper couch.

Bedroom 1: Sizable space with king bed. Connects directly to the main area via hallway (no door).

Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway

Balcony: Sensational unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Shared complex pools - indoor & outdoor! Indoor hot tub! Operation subject to HOA determined seasonal schedule. *The outdoor spa is anticipated to be closed beginning on January 29th for 2 weeks for pressure testing*

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not the locked owner closest) along with the shared complex amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a fashionable section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal trip. You are a fast walk/drive to all the great eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Getting Around:
Guests will have 1 parking pass and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.
Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

****The Board of Directors has approved concrete repairs. This work will begin on February 26, 2024, and last roughly one month. The contractor will be setting up swing staging on the building to access all areas in need of repair****

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 4.
